omg
this is like my 3rd time doing this program
i kept giving up because it was a pain in the ass but now it’s summer so no school, no distractions, nothing~
Pull-ups: 15/20 = 75/100 points
Pushups: 35/50 = 70/100 points
3-mile run: 29:02/18:00 = 34/100 points

Pull-ups: 17/20 = 85 Points
Pushups: 50/50 = 100 points

3 mile run: Today’s my grandma’s birthday party so I kinda had to rush this one, so I just got on the treadmill, ran a mile, and multiplied that by 3 to get my time I know it’s cheatin :3

3 mile run: I have no idea why but I couldn’t finish the 3 miles today. It could be because I’m doing it at a different time of day, the fact that I just got off a performance boosting supplement, or that my nutrition’s been shit lately. Regardless, I’m disappointed in myself and I’m not giving myself any points for this run :/
